Refund policy
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges only — no refunds on non-faulty items.
Exchange Window: You must request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Item Condition: Items must be in original condition, unworn, and returned with all original packaging.
Packaging Requirement: Please return your item in the same packaging it was sent in.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
To begin your exchange, contact us with your order number and email address used at purchase.
RETURNS
We only accept returns on select items under specific conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged. These include:
Personalized or custom-made products
Intimate clothing (e.g. underwear, swimwear, lingerie)
Made-to-order or altered items
Beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products
Coupons and gift cards
Perishable goods

Promotions & Gifts
If your order included a free gift from a promotion, it must be returned along with any qualifying items.
Discounts from promotions are applied across items; only the amount paid for each item will be refunded.
Deliveries, Duties & Shipping Fees
Shipping fees, duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.
You are solely responsible for getting returned items back to us in the required condition.
We are not liable for delays or losses during return transit.
Payment & Refunds
If You Paid with:
Coupon or Gift Card: You will be refunded as an eVoucher.
Bank Transfer, USSD, or Debit Card: Refunds will be processed to the original naira account used for the order.
Once we receive and inspect your return, processing may take up to 7 working days.
If approved, refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–14 working days, depending on your payment provider.
All refunds are processed in Nigerian Naira (₦).
To Process a Return
You must provide:
The email address used on the order
Your order number (check your order confirmation email, including your spam folder)
You may also request store credit instead of a refund, which can be processed same day.
